Regression therapy include may both past lives and the current life. A client is guided back and encouraged to relive and resolve the conflicts from the past that have often been inaccessible to their conscious mind yet have been influencing their mental and emotional stability. An analogy is like pulling out a thorn that has been buried deep and is causing physical discomfort. When the thorn is removed, the symptoms never return. 

Our personality is shaped by the memories of the events we experience during our current life and our past lives. Through past life regression, clients can see through the confusion of this life and integrate these insights into their current life. 

The regression session may involve exploring a past life and healing in the spirit realms; use of psychodrama to release any blocked emotional and mental energy from a past life; exploring and transforming current life memories; use of body therapy to work with deep body patterns from a past life or to clear trauma including sexual and physical abuse; inner child regression; detecting and releasing spirit attachments /  intrusive energy.

Hypnotic trance may be defined as ‘a natural altered state of consciousness or awareness when the mind becomes inwardly focused’. An example is when you become so immersed in reading that you lost track of time. Hypnotherapy uses skilled communication techniques which can elicit changes to your perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts, behaviours and habits. We will discuss the intended therapeutic goals and obtain previous medical history, general health and lifestyle to decide on the best approach for you. 

Hypnotherapy may be helpful for those seeking relief from a range of problems and is used alongside a person’s own willpower and motivation to seek a desired goal. It is often used to help relieve anxiety, aid sleeping, address attitudes to weight and help achieve behavioural change to stop smoking. It can also be used to assist with exams interviews, presentations, driving tests. It may also help with minor skin conditions that are exacerbated by stress and confidence issues and may also be used to enhance performance in areas such as sport and public speaking. Hypnotherapy may help people to cope with and manage the relief of perceived pain. 

I also use advanced hypnotherapy techniques including phobia or hypno desensitisation techniques to address phobias such as agoraphobia; claustrophobia; social phobia; fear of flying and heights, specific animal phobia such as spiders. With phobias it is possible that someone who has not been able to travel due to a lifelong fear of air travel can suddenly fly without fear. Hypnotherapy can also be used for pain relief such as in dental procedures, hypnobirthing and sports performance. I also use other advanced hypnosis techniques including emotrance or colour therapy to reduce residual emotions; belief testing; control room of the mind for health conditions.

I also provide stop smoking sessions. In many cases it is possible to have dental work without anaesthetic and to assist expectant mothers seeking a natural birth prepare mentally. Hypnotherapy has also been used to help manage the pain associated with irritable bowel. 

Where there are two or more inner parts of ourselves conflicting with each other, for example, one part may wish to give up smoking while the other part wishes to continue smoking, I may use an advanced hypnotherapy technique known as parts therapy which involves voice dialogue with the conflicting parts or sub personalities and bringing them into an integrated whole whereby all parts work harmoniously together to achieve the desired outcome. 

Between lives spiritual regression is the experience of soul memories between lives in the light realms. It explores a client's soul memories from their last past life to the current life using deep hypnosis. The client returns to wakeful consciousness with a clear understanding and commitment to live their life purpose. 

A highlight of the regression is meeting the Elders or Spirits of Light that have attained a level of experience and wisdom which does not require them to physically reincarnate. They review the progress of the client’s soul and can replay past lives and discus them until the soul understands what will be expected in the next life. 

Done with love, compassion and the participation of the soul it leads to the next physical incarnation having a plan. Goals are set based on the patterns from previous karmic experiences and new lessons are agreed between the soul, its Spirit Guide and the Elders. The session finishes with the soul memory of reincarnating into this life and joining the baby's physical body while still in the womb.

A BLSR normally lasts a minimum of 4 hours. A regression session is required on the day prior to the BLSR which will be 3 hours. The package rate is £495. If the sessions exceed these 7 hours, an additional charge of £75 will apply. 

I received a divinely channelled healing system called Voice Channelled Sound Hypno Regression Energy Healing to assist in our spiritual evolution & growth & awaken our original divine self. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. It can be used in a number of modalities including hypnotherapy, regression, spirit release, energy healing, sound healing by using the voice to provide an energetic shift in the client to clear away redundant blockages that are no longer serving them which may relate to ancestral, karmic, past life, limiting beliefs and other energetic blockages, which once cleared, will allow the client to align with their soul purpose & continue their journey of soul evolution & growth.

This session combines traditional psychotherapy techniques with spiritual & holistic practices. Traditionally seen as interconnectedness of mind, body & spirit, it addresses the spiritual & existential aspects of the human experience. There is a focus on how we may transcend our perception of challenges & live a more joyful & purposeful life. 

This psychospiritual psychotherapy integrates evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with transpersonal spiritual approaches such as psychosynthesis, dreams, jungian archetypes and shadows, body centred psychotherapy and non-duality therapy of realising our essential nature to facilitate deep spiritual awakening and inner freedom. It includes advanced hypnotherapy; conscious integrated living; somatic breathwork; psychodynamic, psychosynthesis and transpersonal approaches, traditional integrative psychotherapy methods from different orientations. It looks at how to navigate the koshas as spiritual awareness methods to recognise and move through different dimensions of experience; soul transformation therapy utilising transpersonal psychotherapy archetype work and holistic healing methods; working with trauma using body psychotherapy; neuroscience orientation and positive psychology interventions. The depth of integration and reflection can enable shifts in perspectives and positive transformation. 

The healing vibrations of the gong can take you into a state of deep relaxation and works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. You can be sitting or lying down for the session and there may be other instruments used. There will be a short period of silence at the end allowing you to absorb the sounds. Every experience is unique. You may feel lighter, calmer, relaxed and a sense of oneness or unity with all around you and a deep sense of inner peace. 

Sound healing using the voice can be used to enhance overall wellbeing and health. Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body or mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony, heath and balance and can be accompanied with a sense of deep relaxation. It is the application of sound through the voice to balance the mind, body and spirit.

The sounds and vibrations transmitted by tuning forks are felt within the aura and energy system. They can be used to work on the energy centres and meridians to clear blockages in the energy channels and to align and bring the energy system into balance. Tuning forks can be used within a sound healing session or as a therapy on their own.  

This session combines Assemblage Point healing with sound healing. The Assemblage Point is the main place where our energy field connects with our physical body and is directly connected with our life force energy. If the assemblage point is too low, a person may experience depression and constant fatigue. If the assemblage point if too high, a person may display manic behaviour. The session will involve using shamanic practices to bring the assemblage point back into alignment thereby enhancing vitality so the client may feel healthy and balanced and is then followed by sound healing. 

The sounds produced by a crystal bowl are pure and angelic in nature. Each bowl is tuned to a particular note which will resonate with your chakras, energy field, and on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, re-balancing and removing any blockages that you may have. 

As the bowls comprise several metals, they do not produce one tone like the crystal bowls. They will have one dominant tone which will change depending on what type of playing stick is used to play the bowl. The bowls can be used to realign and balance the energy system, which in turn starts the healing process on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The bowls may be played around you or placed on your body and played. 

The sonic massage is a separate session where the Himalayan Bowls may be placed on your body and the sound vibrations massaged into your body creating a deeply relaxing experience. 

The power of the ancient drum and its use for healing is universal. Drum therapy and group drumming has been observed to help reduce stress, increase the body’s own healing and wellbeing responses, form and strengthen bonds between individuals and support the management of a wide range of issues, including addiction, chronic pain and behavioural patterns in youngsters. Healing and transformation can take place through the sounds of the drum, voice, medicine songs, rattle, bells and feathers, for individuals, groups, community and the Earth. The drumming healing session can take place with the client standing, sitting or lying down. 

Sound Healing with Ocean Drumming

Become deeply immersed in the soothing sounds of the sea and ocean waves of the universe. Allow the healing waters to cleanse and wash away any tension, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and balanced. Ocean drum healing can take place with the client seated or lying down.  

Sound Healing with Crystals combines crystal layouts, grids and techniques with sound to heal, cleanse, balance and energise the energy body and system by removing blockages. You can allow yourself to relax, absorb and bathe in the healing effects of sounds and crystals in this session. 

Sound Healing with Colour is a separate session which involves the combination of colour and sound together, which is particularly effective in balancing the energy system and releasing blockages from the body. You can allow yourself to relax, absorb and bathe in the healing effects of sounds and colour in this session. 

Drumming circles can be a creative and fun exploration into sacred drumming which may build a deeper connection within, with others through meeting new people and building a cohesive community. In addition to drum and rattle healing, various themes such as elements, power animals, moon or nature cycles can be explored using a variety of rhythms, medicine songs or chants.  

Language of the Light or also referred to as Light Language is the language of the soul and contains light codes or keys that may reconnect and activate dormant parts of ourselves and may bring us new perspectives and teachings.  The sound healer is in an altered state of consciousness and acting as a channel to allow these vibrations to come through. 

Group Light Language / Code Frequency Transmissions comprise clearing & healing energetic transmissions of multi-dimensional high frequency light language & light codes to harmonise & balance your energy field & system working across physical, emotional, mental & spiritual layers. It may also include channelled messages from loving high frequency light beings such as ascended masters, angels, galactic guides, relevant for our time period.

Since ancient times, various sizes of conch shell trumpets were used as a wind instrument in calls to prayer, acknowledging the wind or sacred directions; for timekeeping; as a signal to nearby villages; to signify the start of battles or used in sacred ceremonies or rituals in indigenous and Aztec cultures. It can also be used to clear the energy field, create sacred space and remove intrusive energies. You can be standing or lying down for the session and will experience the powerful sounds and vibrations of the conch resounding around and through their body. 

This can be group sound baths using the voice or instruments such as gongs, Himalayan or crystal bowls, drum, harp, rattles, flute, chimes and other percussion instruments or both voice and instruments or channelled sounds and light language. The gong bath may also be preceded by Chi Kung movements. 

The sounds of the stones in the rattle may break up & dispel stagnant energy within the body; clearing & releasing old patterns and provides healing in the energy field & can be used for grounding. The rattle has other uses such as in journeying and space clearing where it may be used to break up and clear away any unwanted energies. 

The shaman uses their medicine tools to perform this shamanic extraction or intrusion removal to extract any intrusive energies that have become lodged within the body and energy field. 

Soul Energy Release is a separate session which releases the soul energy that has been held of those who have been close to us in the past such as previous partners, close friends or family members. 

Power animals are spirit guides in animal form. Every person has one or more power animals. This session retrieves a power animal which provides the person with a source of protection, power, energy and support. 

Soul retrieval is a spiritual practice of reintegrating the soul fragments into the person’s body, that had left the body to seek safety in alternate realities, in response to various traumatic events. Soul retrieval is done to heal soul loss and recover one’s true self. This involves finding and bringing back lost soul parts to feel complete and whole within ourselves. A soul retrieval process can bring many positive changes. By reintegrating the soul fragments, one can enjoy benefits such as feeling a sense of fullness and safety; feeling more connected to their higher self; gaining clarity in their life; gaining a new perspective; greater ability to make the right decisions; feeling hopeful; greater ability to deal with negative emotions; finding a sense of purpose in life; greater ability to let go of bad experiences; overall better health; feeling more alive.

Shamanic Counselling

This session empowers clients to learn how to journey for themselves to access their inner wisdom as well as deepen their divine connection

Illumination enables the clearing of the luminous energy field and is the foundation of Andean Shamanic practice. This is typically followed by a decoupling which is a way  to connect to the heartbeat or pulse of Mother Earth or Pachamama and it resets the fight or flight mode of survival to a relaxed state. 

The assemblage point is an energetic structure within the energy field which decodes data received through our chakras & senses the energy & emotions around us which we perceive as our reality & project it with the people & environment around us. This process can align or move it to alter your perceptions & shift your experience of reality and is a separate session. 

Extraction releases both fluid & crystallised forms of intrusive energy and is followed by an illumination practice. Cord Cutting releases dense, toxic or unhealthy cords and is followed by an illumination practice. Ancestral or generational curses or wounds can be released followed by an illumination. Ancestral Constellation healing is a practice to honour & forgive our elders & release any unhealthy cords & change our relationship with them. 

Soul Retrieval identifies the wound of origin that caused the soul loss; any contracts or promises related to the soul part which may be revoked or amended by the client & retrieves lost soul parts, any gifts & a power animal & is followed by an illumination practice. This practice may include an underworld extraction or removal of intrusive energy needed to be performed to enable the soul retrieval & an illumination practice

A reading may be performed using either oracle cards; stones or leaves to read the signs of destiny, not only to heal the past but also to say yes to our calling from the future, allowing it to guide us.  

In Destiny Retrieval, the shaman can select a destiny & install it energetically to put in place a new trajectory or timeline for the client through destiny retrieval. 

Death Rites are to prepare those who are nearing the end of their life by guiding them; dissolving any attachments which enables them to transition peacefully. The surrogate death rite gives a voice to those who didn’t have a voice, because they died suddenly or through illness or a situation which prevented them from being able to speak.

Cord Cutting

This involves removing any energetic dense or toxic cords that connect you with others which may be draining your vitality and causing other symptoms.  

Solid & Fluid Extraction

Solid Extraction involves removing misplaced energy from the client’s body that does not have a consciousness of its own and is stationary within the body. 

Fluid Extraction involves removing misplaced energy from the client that does have a consciousness of its own that can move around within the client’s body.

The type of extraction required will be determined and then completed. This may be a standalone session or in addition to the cord cutting session.

Compassionate Depossession

This involves compassion and healing for both the possessing spirit as well as the client. A variety of tools and techniques may be used depending on the level and type of possession. Clients typically feel more energised, empowered and more like themselves following a depossession. 

Psychopomp

A psychopomp or conductor of souls walks between worlds to act as a guide to prepare and escort souls home to where they belong. This may be in various dimensions depending on the soul(s). This can be performed for individuals or groups and for homes, space or land.  

Curse Unravelling & Removal

This could involve a current life, past life, generational or ancestral curse or curse on an object that needs to be removed. The client will typically experience positive transformation once the curse has been lifted, potentially positively impacting future generations if ancestral. A variety of tools and techniques may be used depending on the level and type of curse. Past Life & Current Life Soul Retrieval

This will enable clients to return to wholeness following soul loss or an energetic fragmentation of self due to trauma. Please also refer to ‘soul retrieval’ under the Lakota and Andean sections as an alternative session.  

Power Animal Retrieval

Power animals are spirit guides in animal form. Every person has one or more power animals. This session retrieves a power animal which provides the client with a source of protection, power, energy and support. Please also refer to ‘power animal retrieval’ under the Lakota section as an alternative session.  

Power Retrieval

Power retrieval or power restoration enables the client to call back any lost power parts. This session will assist to strengthen the client’s energy field and defence against illness, disease and intrusive energies.

Space / house or office clearing

This involves cleansing the space, home or office to create a more harmonious environment. Please also refer to space clearing and earth acupuncture as an alternative. 

Ancestral cord cutting & ancestral healing

This involves healing of the ancestral line, cord cutting and releasing any negative ancestral imprints from the DNA, energy field and body.  In some instances, an ancestral curse may also need to be lifted. Please also refer to ‘ancestral curse removal & illumination’ under the Andean section as an alternative session.  

Sound healing & energy healing

This involves using sounds from the voice or instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, gongs or tuning forks to provide sound healing as well as use of energy healing techniques. Please also refer to ‘sound healing’ and ‘energy healing’ section as alternative sessions.  

Shamanic breathwork

This involves breathwork techniques to assist in releasing any stagnant energy and bringing alignment to self. Conscious breathwork may release stress and tension and enhance mental concentration and physical performance as well as facilitating psychospiritual transformation. 

Shamanic dismemberment

This may also be known as a shamanic initiation journey where you are energetically taken apart where you may choose to let go of negative beliefs or behaviours followed by a transformative rebuilding process to align you with your broader divine self. 

AVT provides effective methods of harnessing & using energies in a powerful & harmonious manner, enhancing our way of pioneering, Being & consciously creating in the new consciousness & plane.

This modality uses a Soul Archetype Tarot deck to diagnose firstly the polarity (we are all affected by polarity challenges even if not in our chart) and then the specific challenge issue which is blocking a person from more fully connecting with their purpose and Soul Plan potential at any time. 
The method then provides up to seven healing interventions to clear blockages which includes a tree of life soul retrieval method, an energy psychology / dynamic energy healing method and Soul Plan Archetype work which is similar to parts work/voice dialogue some people may know. It incorporates Soul Plan Tarot and works with common Life Purpose blockages, diagnosing the root cause and core issue and uses several healing interventions including Soul Retrieval and Archetype Integration work which can be tailored towards different presenting issues; parts work which include meeting and freeing the polarity subpersonalities which operate consciously or unconsciously in each individual. Please also refer to Soul Plan Reading. 

This modality is based on soul transformation therapy principles and is a form of aquarian shamanic healing. There are seven Atlantean paddles comprising various shapes and colours which act as portals to transmit high frequency multidimensional healing used in conjunction with soul transformation therapy interventions tailored to address the presenting issues to clear blockages, limiting beliefs, retrieve soul fragments as needed for the highest good of the client. These paddles were channelled through Frank Alper where he said they had been used by the Atlanteans and with the onset of the golden Age of Aquarius, gain great importance for holistic wellbeing and spiritual growth. The paddles combine magnetic energies with colour vibrations focused through universal symbols/triangles and are used in many ways on the body and energetic field. They serve to balance many conditions with their geometric form and colour.

This is a powerful healing technique that is led by the Angelic Kingdom of Light to bring about healing and balance on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) to those receiving the healing energy.

This system is drawn from the Usui and Shamballa Reiki lineages and combined with powerful transmissions channelled by Kevin Core (Founder of Angelic Reiki®) from Archangel Metatron to form this unique energy healing system. 

Angelic Reiki® differs from other forms of Reiki in that Angelic Reiki® attunements are passed by the Angels and as such are totally pure and do not (as in the case of Usui attunements) come through the consciousness of the teacher.

Angelic Reiki® cannot be compared with any other healing modality because of its higher, pure dimensional frequency and the fact that all attunements and healings are given by the Angelic Kingdom of Light. During the healing session, I act as a channel of the energy of unconditional love from the Angelic Realm. This energy is passed into the client for the most perfect and highest form of healing possible and works on healing any issue that that they are experiencing, whether it’s physical, emotional, mental or spiritual block.

The healing session can be performed in the following manner: 

In person, which is can be done via hands-on technique or without laying on of the hands. The client can be seated or lying down on a therapy couch. The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the session.

Distance where I arrange a time that is mutually convenient for both of us, where you can be somewhere comfortable regardless of where you are located. I visualize you and connect to you to perform the healing. Afterwards we can speak via Phone/Zoom about the session and what came up. 

Angels are not restricted by time and space, therefore, by working with the angels and Archangels, we are able to reach deep-seated issues and illnesses in order to clear and remove the root cause of the problem.

The session may include multi-dimensional healing across generations and lifetimes if this is needed. The healing flow can continue for up to 21/28 days or longer after the session. Healing can also be provided to pregnant women, children and animals.

This will be holistic or spiritual counselling from a spiritual based perspective which includes healing and intuitive approaches and using appropriate therapeutic interventions alongside traditional counselling. Counselling session could be for a range of areas and may include counselling for loss, bereavement, co-dependency, relationships, allergies, phobias and any other areas you would like to work on. Interventions may include energy psychology, emotional freedom technique (EFT), hypnotherapy, NLP, intuitive card reading, soul plan reading, astrology birth chart reading, Chi Kung and personal energy clearing and building, mindfulness, meditation, parts or sub-personality work and creative healing methods such as sound healing. 

The type of healing provided will be guided by the presenting issue and may include either one type of healing or use a combination of healing modalities. 

This is where I work with you as a coach to provide guidance, counsel, encouragement, focus and structure in your personal and professional life or if you simply wish to be more effective in all areas of your life. This includes identifying and pursuing your life purpose and refocusing your life for greater happiness, energy, fulfilment and productivity.  You will identify what are the truly important aspects of life, what activities are truly rewarding to pursue and what really increases enjoyment of life. Crystal healing combines crystals and energy healing to balance the chakras and bring balance to the body, mind and spirit. Crystals may be placed within the chakra area and around you to remove energy blockages in your chakras & energy field or aura to bring you to a state of peace and harmony. 

EFT works on the same principle as acupuncture but using fingertips instead of needles to tap and stimulate meridian acupressure points which helps the individual to release emotional imbalances manifesting as emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, or physical pain. Specific energy points are tapped on to improve the flow of energy and clear blockages. EFT can be used in a stand-alone session but may also be used within spiritual counselling sessions.  

Soul Plan Reading is a channelled system of soul direction analysis. Individual readings are based upon the sound vibration of your birth name as it appears on your birth certificate. The Soul Plan Reading has been derived from ancient texts such as the Sefer Yetzirah which explores creation of apparent reality through sound, letter and word. It also includes a method of gematria channelled by Frank Alper 1930-2007 in his Spiritual Numerology of Moses work. In the Soul Plan system the interpretations have been modernised, grounded and expanded by Holistic Healing College founder Blue Marsden who has been guided to channel and integrate material that highlights the theme of non duality.

Earth Acupuncture / Land Clearing

Appropriate tools may be inserted at points of intersection of the energy lines or physical areas to bring about healing of the earth energies or the landscape that may have been subject to toxins, trauma or depleted energy. An assessment is first carried out followed by applying the earth acupuncture points. This session can be standalone or in addition to other space clearing techniques to remove geopathic stress. This involved clearing and balancing each of your chakras or energy centres to remove stagnant energy from these areas and to feel recharged and rebalanced within. 

I assist those going through a spirit emergency by providing techniques and strategies for overcoming spiritual emergency. A spiritual emergency is different to a spiritual emergence or awakening and if you are unsure, I can help you to distinguish while still providing techniques and tools to assist your energy management and spiritual development.

Dragon and Tiger Chi Kung is a healing form of Chi Kung also known as Qigong. This medical form of Chi Kung is relatively easy to learn and provides a range of benefits. Medical Chi Kung is practiced by millions of people in China and is used in there to boost the immune system. Shorter term benefits may include improvement in mental, emotional and physical balance; strengthening of the aura, improved circulation, flexibility; greater resistance to colds; improved sleep; improved appearance of skin and feeling more relaxed. Longer term benefits may include weight regulation, chronic conditions may improve; feeling calmer; improved condition of teeth, hair and bones, access to inner stillness and stability, realisation of spiritual abilities, unfolding of latent creative abilities in art, music expression and channelling. Dragon and Tiger works by increasing the 'protective Qi' of the body and strengthening the aura and so is highly recommended for therapists and health professionals. It is an excellent support for clearing, maintaining and developing your energy and healing abilities. Qigong is also very grounding which is a quality that many who are drawn to helping others are well advised to develop and enhance.

This involves liberation of stagnant subconscious patterns in your body, mind, emotions, relationships to bring about alignment, calm and balance. The session may involve breathwork, somatic awareness movements as well as dream journeys. It is based on somatic psychology and provides the client with a practical plan and approach for everyday life. The client may be seated or lying down. 

I offer colour therapy in several ways depending on the individual needs. This includes sound healing using colour; an advanced hypnotherapy technique called emo trance or colour therapy to clear any emotional blockages allowing energy to flow; colour therapy counselling; colour therapy cards; colour healing techniques including colour visualisations, meditations and colour breathing; awareness of the use of colour in diet, dress and home interior. I also offer Master Energy Colour Healing as a separate session.

The Sound Healing with the Drum Practitioner Diploma Course is a training course held over five modules. Completion of this training will give participants the information, knowledge and tools required to become a specialist Drumming Practitioner. The course is certified by the College of Sound Healing and is evaluated and approved by the CMA (Complimentary Medical Association) and the TSA (Therapeutic Sound Association). 

The power of the drum and its use for healing is universal, wide ranging and all embracing. 

This training course aims to give you the confidence to use your drum, rattle and other medicine tools for self-healing, healing the Earth and others. Information and wisdom from other cultures is imparted to reinforce up-to-date scientific studies on the use of drum in sound healing. Adding a richness and depth to your experience and understanding. 

In many cultures the shamanic drum continues to be used to help heal individuals and hold the social fabric of communities together. This is a course comprised of two weekends. Both weekends and 12 case studies will need to be completed for Shamanic Healing Practitioner Certification.

This course is based on a traditional Lakota Grandfather Wallace Black Elk North Native American form of healing and lineage working with power animals and helping spirits, drumming, rattling, offering prayers and sacred chants.  

You will learn various healing techniques including shamanic power animal retrieval and soul retrieval on part 1 and soul energy release; intrusion removal or extraction and rattle healing on part 2. 

Shamanic Soul Retrieval enables people suffering from soul loss, which is an energetic fragmentation of the self, due to trauma, back to wholeness, through returning these lost soul fragments. Soul loss can be described as a self-mechanism to shield and protect you from the pain of trauma.

Within Shamanic practice, losing soul fragments essentially means losing your life force energy which is extremely disempowering. If the soul is not restored, the body can become so imbalanced that it causes mental, emotional, or physical disease.

During a Shamanic healing, we are either removing energy within our client that does not belong to them or we are returning energy that is outside our client that belongs within them such as their lost soul parts.

In our modern-day world, we are experiencing an epidemic of soul loss on a collective level. This may well be the cause of many of the issues that are detrimentally affecting our society today. Examples of such widespread issues include crime, disease, abusive relationships, addiction and mental health issues.

We feel more like ourselves when we are complete and whole in the present. Soul retrieval is one of the most effective Shamanic Healing methods. If you lose a soul part, it’s like a whole part of you is lost, as your split off soul part is like a holographic piece of you.

In Angelic Reiki, guidance is from Ancient Wisdom and to receive an attunement into master energy is a personal process. Your soul has guided you to a place where you can receive the energetic tool in order to accept your own mastership, accepting that this manifest reality is your creation.

All participants of the Master Teachers workshop need to have completed the 1st and 2nd degree workshop, the 3rd and 4th degree workshop and the professional practitioner’s workshop. This workshop requires a minimum of a two and a half Days (17 to 19 hours) e.g. Friday afternoon or evening, Saturday and Sunday. This Workshop is taught in two parts, the basic and advanced practice.

The Golden Heart Merkabah of Creation is the original teaching given to humanity by the Angelic Kingdom. Each colour matches with the energy vibration of an Archangel and Ascended Master.

The Psychic & Intuitive Development workshops will focus on developing your intuition and development of the primary clairs including clairsentience (feeling); clairaudience (hearing); clairvoyance (seeing); claircognizance (knowing); clairalience (smelling); clairgustance (tasting); chakra balancing and grounding meditations and can be taken in conjunction with the other workshops or standalone.  

The Mediumship Development workshop focuses on mental mediumship and establishing a connection with spirit in order to provide messages from any departed loved ones that wish to communicate.  

If you are interested in attending a trance mediumship workshop, then please contact me for further information as this form of mediumship requires a different approach to that of mental mediumship. 

Training is required to be a good trance medium, and it is not recommended that the inexperienced individual sits alone for trance development. Detailed evidence and many wisdom teachings have been given through this form of mediumship and it requires dedication, patience, and discipline. 

Trance is a form of physical mediumship or energy to energy communication. The information (guidance, philosophy, teaching) is for others and not for oneself.  The communication tends to be from a spirit communicator more on a one to one basis. There is generally more preparation required to prepare the space to achieve and sustain an altered state.    

Channelling is a form of mental mediumship or mind to mind communication. It is a skill which can be learnt by anyone and has become increasing popular in recent times. the information that comes through is for the self or others. The communication tends to be from Ascended Masters to target many people. 

This workshop will include several exercises and guided meditations where you may allow the angels to help truly bring your dreams into reality by taking you through the steps to manifest all the desires of your heart and soul. The workshop will include a powerful karma clearing, cord cutting and DNA activation to help clear any blockages.  You will be guided to see yourself as you would really like to be with all your requirements fulfilled and then be shown how the Angels are here to support you in bringing this into reality.  You will also be taught a manifesting technique using the breath. 

Meditation can be explored and experienced in a number of ways. This workshop may focus on different aspects helping you to reach an inner stillness and balance. It includes principles, history and benefits of meditation, types of meditation practice; visualisation; use of breath, colour, posture, sound; guided meditations; affirmations; meditation practice and techniques. 

Mindfulness workshop includes principles and benefits of mindfulness; mindfulness meditations; practical application of mindfulness in everyday life; practice of mindfulness techniques and exercises. 

Energy Management workshop introduces tools and techniques of protecting, clearing, cleansing and grounding your energy field and raising your awareness of recognising your own energy. 

Chi Kung Classes include meditation, breathing and Golden Spine 9 which are easy to learn and a very effective method that focuses on releasing and healing the power of the spine (which is often considered the epicentre of health in ancient holistic philosophies). Methods taught can form a moving Mindfulness practise and bring great benefits to both physical and mental health. 

Nervous System Regulation This workshop introduces techniques to enable liberation of stagnant subconscious patterns in your body, mind, emotions, relationships to bring about alignment, calm and balance. Techniques may include breathwork, somatic awareness movements as well as dream journeys. It is based on somatic psychology and provides a practical plan and approach for everyday life. It includes the following: 

-  Embodied anatomy & applied somatics: connecting with the body to experience the relationship between the fascia and nervous system. Learn how to facilitate effective nervous system regulation that liberate stress patterns, physical imbalances and hidden rigidities. 

-  Somatic psychology: access deeper layers of the subconscious mind where patterns of behaviour, emotions and hidden beliefs are stored. Learn to unravel and reframe entrenched patterns and cultivate your connection with your intuitive inner compass. 

In the Akashic Records workshop, learn how to connect to the Akashic Records library of life through sacred prayer, guided journey and meditation.
