I'm so happy to share this newsletter with highlights from April events & what's upcoming for May!

New offerings since the March 2025 newsletter:

 1. Group Meditation for World Peace & Harmony (online)

I was guided to introduce this group meditation to help usher in the New Earth and expansion of collective and individual consciousness to radiate frequencies of love, peace, harmony, kindness, joy, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, freedom, grace and unity. 

When a group meditates together with the same harmonious intention this can have an amplified effect. This meditation complements the monthly Group Light Language & Energy Transmissions where there is energy healing for the broader collective and planetary level.

It also complements the monthly Group Master Energy Colour Healing below.

2. Group Master Energy Colour Healing (MECH) (Online)

The Group Master Energy Colour Healing uses colour and the sound of the voice. This high frequency healing is in alignment with the vibrational changes on a universal level and plays an essential role in assisting humanity with ascension to the 5th dimension.

This group session is in addition to individual MECH sessions and the MECH Practitioner workshop for those who wish to become practitioners to offer this healing to clients. The next Practitioner workshop is on 2 May. 

3. Women's Wellbeing Circle (online)

I'm now offering a sacred sister circle which offers a confidential and supportive space for sharing, journalling, meditation and connection.

This circle complements the existing shamanic drumming circle aimed at building community through rhythm, chants & medicine songs which is open to both men and women.

4. Holistic Healing & Therapy Fair

It was wonderful to meet with the local community at Henfield on 13 April where I provided a free Qigong & Gong Sound Bath Meditation. 

I'd love to see you at my next holistic fair on 11 May in Worplesdon near Guildford where I'll be offering taster sessions in Angelic Reiki, Sound Healing and Shamanic Healing. Please see below for details. 

5.  Local Community Offerings

I am offering Qigong Classes & Gong Sound Bath Meditation at local community centres including Banstead & Reigate; local gyms including David Lloyd, health centres, secondary schools and colleges for adult education.

If you are interested in attending these or for hosting events or retreat days at your organisation or for staff, please feel free to contact me. 

The larger set up gong sound bath meditations continue on the 1st Saturday of every month. Please see below for details. 

6. Deep Dive following Podcast

Following last month's Podcast with Ranjana Ghatak - Unlocking the Power of the Voice through Singing (available on Podcast tab of my website), a Deep Dive session is now available for members of the Soul Love Circle Community.

Ranjana talks further about her experiences and delves more on the technical aspects and principles of North Indian Vocal; how to connect deeper with the Indian Scale; sharing personal experiences and sharing extracts of her singing.

The Sound Healing with the Drum Practitioner Diploma Course is a training course held over 5 modules. This training gives participants the information, knowledge and tools required to become a specialist Drumming Practitioner. The course is accredited by the College of Sound Healing and is approved by the CMA (Complimentary Medical Association). 

The power of the drum and its use for healing is universal, wide ranging and all embracing. 

This training course aims to give you the confidence to use your drum, rattle and other medicine tools for self-healing, healing the Earth and others. Information and wisdom from other cultures is imparted to reinforce up-to-date scientific studies on the use of drum in sound healing, adding a richness and depth to your experience and understanding. 

In many cultures the shamanic drum continues to be used to help heal individuals and hold the social fabric of communities together. This course reawakens you to this healing potential for the benefit of all. You are encouraged to develop through dedicated practice and autonomous study, a deep and personal understanding of yourself as an effective practitioner, seeing your place in the world and offering your service. 

The course is based on the frame drum and rattle. You may use a drum and rattle you currently work with, or you may wish to join one of the regular drum birthing and rattle making workshops offered by the tutors throughout the year. 

Module 1: The Journey Begins

Day 1 - Introduction to the Medicine Wheel, creating ceremony, cleanse clear our tools, our energy field, body and mind.
Bringing cohesiveness to the group.
Creating ceremony for the group and a learning environment; Understand the importance of honouring and working with the energies involved with their medicine tools. Drum blessing. 

Day 2 - Dowsing with the drum, healing self; gain knowledge and understanding of the Medicine Wheel; learn dowsing and self-healing techniques with the drum and rattle.

Module 2: Extending Practise, Drum Journeys & Power Animals

Day 1 - Introduction to drum journeys. Drumming in nature; gain knowledge and understanding of drum journeying, principles and practice; experience a middle world drum journey; llearn about drumming in nature and offering healing.

Day 2 - Power animals, upper & lower world journeys;  learn how to build connections with your power animal through trance dance and sound; gain knowledge and experience of upper and lower world journeying; learn about the assignments and criteria for working in a professional capacity.

Module 3: Feather and Sound Healing With The Drum.

Day 1 - Feather healing tool and sound healing with the drum protocol; gain knowledge and understanding of feather healing tools and techniques.

Day 2 - Power and medicine songs, ancestors and sound healing with the drum practise; learn and create your power song; gain knowledge and understanding of ancestors; extend knowledge and practice of drum journeying and drum healing.

Module 4: Sound Healing with the Drum Practise, Distance Sound Healing with the Drum

Day 1 - Feather healing tool & sound healing with the drum protocol; Developing wider knowledge and practising protocol; develop deeper knowledge and experience of sound healing with the drum.

Day 2 - Distance sound healing with the drum protocol.

Sound healing with the drum practise; learn about distance sound healing with the drum.

Module 5: Group Drumming; Practical Assessment; Celebration 

Day 1: Facilitating sound healing with the drum in groups and practical assessment.

Day 2 : Group sound healing with the drum; Continuing the journey and extending practise; learn how to facilitate sound healing with the drum in groups; learn how to extend knowledge, move forward and deepen practise.

1. Online Qigong & Dragon Gong Meditation every Friday 12.30-14.00 

Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of holistic health practice for overall healing and wellbeing. It integrates a series of gentle physical & energetic movements, breathing techniques & focused intentions to maintain & strengthen our chi which is our vitality or life force energy & gong is to look with or gain skill. It's a perfect moving mindfulness practice that is perfect preparation for meditation or Tai Chi. 

2. Group Qigong & Gong Sound Bath Meditation 3 May 2025

Join us for a relaxing experience of Qigong followed by a Gong Bath Sound Meditation! Release any tension with 30 minutes of gentle movements in the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong, followed by a 1 hour deeply relaxing gong sound bath. 

Allow healing vibrations to soothe your mind, body & spirit as you release the stresses of your daily life!

Experience an array of sound textures including Gong, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes & an eclectic mix of percussion instruments to promote deep relaxation, calm & balance.

Time: Arrive by 6.20pm for 6.30pm start for 30 mins qigong from 6.30-7 followed by 1 hour gong sound bath from 7-8pm

Spaces are limited so advanced booking is essential

3. Group Light Language & Energy Transmissions 28 April 

Join 28 April for clearing & healing energetic transmissions of multi-dimensional light language & codes to harmonise & balance your energy field & system working across physical, emotional, mental & spiritual layers. It may also include channelled messages from loving  light beings & guides as well as energy healing for broader collective.

4. Shamanic Drumming Circle 26 July 2025

Building community through rhythm. Join me to immerse yourself in the medicine wheel, smudging, drumming, sacred songs, chants.  

Drumming circles can be a creative and fun exploration into shamanic drumming which may build a deeper connection within, with others through meeting new people and building a cohesive community. In addition to drum and rattle healing, various themes such as elements, power animals, moon or nature cycles can be explored using a variety of rhythms, medicine songs or chants.    

5. Group Master Energy  Colour Healing (MECH) (online) 2 May

MECH uses colour and the sound of the voice. It is beneficial on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It is uplifting and energising, bringing deep inner peace to the mind, body and soul while the light circulates through your etheric body and chakras. 

6.  Group Intuitive Card Reading (online) 7 May 

This reading may provide clarity on any questions in any area of your life such as health, career, relationships etc to assist you to make informed decisions or provide valuable insights.
